The property and casualty and specialty risk division of global insurer AXA, AXA XL, has appointed Katherine Gerber as Head of Energy Transition in the Americas. Taking on the role from January 2025, Katherine’s appointment underscores AXA XL’s commitment to supporting clients through the complexities of the energy transition while managing associated risks.
In her new role, Katherine is responsible for leading energy underwriting strategies and developing products and services tailored to support clients’ energy transition plans. She will leverage AXA XL’s global expertise to help clients navigate the challenges of transitioning to more sustainable energy practices while achieving their sustainability goals.
