Daniel Winter succeeds Eric Alström as President of Danfoss Power Solutions. This transition marks a new chapter for the company’s mobile and industrial hydraulics division, with Eric having been at the helm for more than a decade.
As CFO, Daniel honed extensive experience within the company — experience he brings with him to his new role.
As President, Daniel joins the Danfoss Group Executive Team, focusing on building upon the company’s strong foundation in products, customer relationships and talent.
“I’m excited to build on our strong foundation, great products and solutions, excellent customer relationships and a fantastic and talented team with a history of delivering great results,” Daniel says. “While the market presents challenges, we’re prepared to navigate them and take Power Solutions to the next level.”

This transition of leadership comes at a pivotal time for Danfoss Power Solutions, as the company continues to innovate in hydraulics and electrification technologies, addressing the evolving needs of the market and its customers.
