This portfolio is made up of more than 5,500 EV charging stations across the country, further positioning it at the forefront of the clean energy transition.
The company says it has established India’s most comprehensive clean energy platform, with offerings including rooftop solar, microgrids, storage solutions and EV charging infrastructure.

Tata Power: Expanding across the clean energy value chain
Tata Power’s commitment to sustainability extends beyond power generation. Its foray into solar manufacturing, EPC services and off-grid solar solutions emphasises its focus on innovation and community empowerment that has attracted global investors and set a precedent for other power utilities to follow.
By prioritising renewable energy sources, Tata Power is demonstrating that economic growth and environmental stewardship can coexist harmoniously.
For example, Tata Power is focused on building an integrated energy ecosystem that encompasses various aspects of sustainable power generation and distribution through its new partnership with the Government of Rajasthan.
The 10-year plan will transform Rajasthan into a power surplus state, providing continual clean, affordable and reliable power supply through investments in renewable energy projects and manufacturing, transmission, distribution, nuclear power, rooftop installations and EV charging.
Dr Praveer Sinha, Tata Power’s CEO and Managing Director, says: “Our partnership with the Government of Rajasthan is a testament to our shared vision of building a low-carbon, resilient and integrated energy ecosystem in the State.
“By using our experience across the entire power sector value chain, we aim to support Rajasthan's energy goals and create economic opportunities for its people.
“We compliment the State Government's visionary leadership in positioning Rajasthan as a future-ready, energy-efficient State that provides secure, reliable and clean energy for all.”
