10. Enlit Asia
When? 9-11 September 2025
Where? BITEC, Bangkok, Thailand
Enlit Asia is ASEAN’s largest power and energy conference and exhibition and focuses on power and energy, with a specific interest in the energy landscape in Southeast Asia.
With more than 11,000 attendees in 2024, 2025 is set to be bigger and better than before. It serves as a platform for demonstrating capabilities and innovations that have the potential to meet ASEAN’s current and future power system demands.
9. Smart Energy Week
When? 19-21 February 2025, 17-19 September 2025 and 19-21 November 2025
Where? Makuhari Messe, Tokyo, INTEX Osaka, Osaka and Tokyo Big Sight, Tokyo, Japan
Held three times a year, there are still two opportunities to attend Smart Energy Week in 2025.
The events gather “a full range of renewable energy technologies”, including hydrogen and fuel cells, solar power, rechargeable batteries, smart grids, wind power, biomass, zero-emission thermal power generation and many more.

8. The SAP for Energy and Utilities Conference
When? 8-10 April 2025
Where? Rotterdam Ahoy, Rotterdam, The Netherlands
Returning for its 11th iteration in 2025, the SAP for Energy and Utilities Conference is presented by TAC Insight. The aim of the event? “Uniting professionals across the oil, gas, energy and utilities sectors who leverage SAP solutions to drive innovation whilst optimising operations.”
The organisers say: “Whether you’re exploring advancements in AI and automation, enhancing sustainability practices or learning from compelling customer success stories, this event delivers the tools and connections to unlock your potential.”
7. Intersolar Europe
When? 7-9 May 2025
Where? Messe München, Munich, Germany
A conference and exhibition that has been running for a staggering 30 years, Intersolar Europe unites manufacturers, service providers and more under the motto Connecting Solar Business.
The 2025 event expects more than 110,000 attendees and 1,450 exhibitors across 105,500m², as well as 1,800 suppliers. Part of the winder The smarter E Europe series, more than 3,000 exhibitors will be in place at Messe München.
As well as the event in Munich, corresponding conferences are held in North and South America.
6. World Hydrogen Week
When? 6-10 October 2025
Where? Bella Center, Copenhagen, Denmark
“The most powerful hydrogen conference in the world” according to EY, World Hydrogen Week connects more than 3,500 hydrogen professionals for knowledge-sharing, innovation and networking, with “the ultimate goal of achieving a net-zero economy”.
It brings together a large community of senior hydrogen professionals worldwide and is hosted by World Hydrogen Leaders, with Danish Industry, Green Power Denmark and State of Green working alongside as host partners.
5. Solar & Storage Live
When? 2-3 April 2025
Where? ExCel, London, UK
The UK’s largest renewable energy exhibition, Solar & Storage Live, has expanded its presence outside of London, now holding events in Barcelona and Zürich, as well as Johannesburg, Brisbane, Cairo and Manila.
“Our mission is to accelerate the adoption of solar energy propelling us towards a global landscape powered by clean, renewable energy sources,” the event says.
4. India Energy Week
When? 27-30 January 2026
Where? ONGC Advanced Training Institute, Goa, India
Moving back to Goa after being held in New Delhi in 2025, India Energy Week is hosted by the Ministry of Petroleum and Gas and Federation of Indian Petroleum Industry. Despite its name, India Energy Week not only reflects the impact and future of India’s energy landscape, but how other economies play their part, too.
Hardeep Singh Puri, Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas said at India Energy Week in February: “IEW 2025, apart from showcasing what can be done in the ENP and technology sectors, is also a great platform with immense potential to network between companies and representatives of governments — with all shades of opinion.”

3. World Hydrogen Summit
When? 20-22 May 2025
Where? Rotterdam Ahoy, Rotterdam, The Netherlands
The world’s largest dedicated hydrogen event, 2025 is set to be the biggest year yet for the World Hydrogen Summit.
The event is put on by the Sustainable Energy Council and RX Global in partnership with the Dutch Government, the Province of South Holland, the City of Rotterdam and the Port of Rotterdam.
“2025 marks the midway milestone where progress must be assessed and benchmarked against industry and decarbonisation goals – are we on track?” the event asks.
More than 15,000 global industry experts are expected to attend, focused on knowledge sharing, building new alliances and signing bold agreements that will kickstart the next wave of hydrogen project developments into the 2030s.
2. Sustainability LIVE: Net Zero
When? March 2026 — dates TBC
Where? London, UK — venue TBC
Following the success of Sustainability LIVE: Net Zero this month, the event is set to return in March 2026 to continue to empower the route to net zero.
It brings together C-suite executives from the world’s leading and largest companies to address the challenges and opportunities in the journey to net zero and deliver strategies, innovations and collaborative efforts that are driving the change.

Sustainability LIVE London returns in September 2025.
The award-winning, CPD-accredited hybrid event, Sustainability LIVE London is designed to empower senior sustainability leaders with powerful keynotes, collaborative panels and engaging firesides, as well as executive workshops.
As well as being an inspiring knowledge-sharing event, the conference is host to the Global Sustainability & ESG Awards — a formal event that celebrates the achievements of trailblazers across sustainability.
The Sustainability LIVE series is the number one sustainability event and has 10 global events in 2025, featuring more than 350 speakers and more than 41,000 attendees.
