They are:

The framework provides a systematic, measurable long-term plan for Siemens to continue making a positive impact on the planet. 

By 2030, the company aims to achieve net zero operations and utilise a 'Robust Eco Design' for 100% of its relevant product families. Siemens is also pushing towards a circular economy with a goal of a 50% waste-to-landfill reduction by 2025.

The DEGREE framework highlights Siemens' comprehensive approach to sustainability. Decarbonisation is a key focus, with the company committed to reducing its carbon footprint and promoting renewable energy sources. Ethics and governance ensure that Siemens operates with integrity and transparency, while resource efficiency aims to minimise waste and optimise the use of natural resources.

Equity and employability are also central to Siemens' ESG strategy. The company strives for diversity and inclusion, aiming for a 30% female share in top management by 2025.
